Position: Direct reporting to Chairman
Businesses-Hotels, Restaurants & Hospitality Division, Real Estate property management. Annual turnover about Dhs.1 billion, with the manpower strength of about 3000.
•Establish uniform accounting standards in compliance to IAS/IFRS through a well-defined Accounting policies & Procedure through standard ERP.
•Initiating and leading cost saving projects to deliver the lowest cost structure; while ensuring sound Internal Control with solid accounting practices.
•Responsible for integrity and accuracy of financial information’s, MIS Reporting, Budget, forecast planning, financial analysis, funding, Audit controls and Cash flow management of the company.
•Submit MIS in compliance to IAS/IFRS with the Responsibility of initiating and leading cost saving projects to deliver the lowest cost structure.
•Ensuring sound costs control systems and adequate processes are in place to secure efficient management of Sales Support budget
•Installing the highest standards of processes controls aiming to strengthen the Company’s internal control system.
•Application of Standard Costing method for business to lower costs and reduced the Working Capital through lower Inventories.
•Develop internal control procedures for protect the company Assets including Debtors & Creditors.
•Analyzing all matters related to the group and its subsidiaries with group Consolidation of Accounts.
•Implementation of all accounts on Standard ERP installation; J. D. Edwards, Oracle Financials, SAP R-3 and SAP HANA platform.
