Responsible for store operation, staff development and accountable for marketing and visual merchandising. Lead store teams to achieve their sales targets shrink and control operational costs in order to meet the business plan Effectively communicate the company’s business strategy and objectives to staff, ensuring their total understanding of job purpose and performance Responsible of selection and recruitment of suitable Sales personnel Work with Product Management and Marketing to help define/refine sales Targets/Achievements and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team Ensure that the Sales resources evolve in line with the Marketing mission and the company’s vision together with the Sales Teams’ potentials.
Responsible for the day-to-day Store Operations. Commercial KPIs, reporting and communicating with team in Head Office, Loss & Prevention, Cash Operations, Staffs, Products ordering and receiving. Responsible for the stock level and ensure optimization. Analyzing the market trends of Fashion and planning for the store requirements and advise to brand Manager. Staffs Management, hiring, training, Appraisal, Schedule and leaves and ensure high productivity at any time. Responsible for achieving sales target.
