•Responsible for the overall sales strategy of assigned area and routes.
•Monitor daily activities of salesman and follow up on sales progress and accomplishments.

•Check expired goods, unsold goods, cash shortages on daily basis and ensures payments collection.

•Ensure physical involvement in operation of route when staff shortages arise.
•Generate daily, weekly and monthly status reports regarding the overall sales achievements and also competitor
activities.
•Co ordinate and implement sales targets set by the department head, prepare sales statistics and related forecasts.
•Ensure proper implementation of sales campaigns / promotional activities.
•Ensure proper implementation of company policy on financial and sales related matters.
Rasna private limited (Beverages Division
Job responsibility involves:-
•Handled Institutional Sales of Rasna Beverages (Rasna ju-c) products in Mumbai.
•Develop and appoint new business chains and partners to increase sales in the market.
•Prepare Business plan, Corporate dealing, Working on end to end implementation.
•Look after Presale Order Booking function & Ensured that all orders procured are supplied on time.
•Increasing sales by ensuring outlet penetration & Outlet activation.
•Handling and resolving queries and grievances of retailers, Maintain & Develop good business relationship with the key accounts.
•Shelving and operating efficiency of the Trade.
•Co-ordinate with Vendors, Agencies, and Distributors at all levels as and when needed.
•Preparing product presentation, educating/training customers and attending exhibitions.
•Carrying out market survey and accordingly plan the sales and marketing strategies.
•Maintain Distribution and Merchandising of the products.
