- Responsible for the handling the IT requirements of over 400 users, working closely with the business to understand their needs and ensuring firms IT systems are available with the highest possible uptime

- Exploring and evaluating new IT trends and emerging products as well as suggesting improvements for workflow and processes used within the firm
