Job description: Collection Analyst-Risk Management-Agency & Legal Admin & Manager Assistance.
*Administrative Tasks to be handled
- Cycles distribution & Portal updating (next day cycle closes)
- E-client retrieval and Jacket request for the team
- Manual receipts tracking and MIS
- Immigration checks handling
- Settlement and DSAP filing and management
- New guarantee cheque inventory management
*Assisting Collectors on calling and collecting payments on the Local Portfolio
*Preparing Clearance letter, Liability letter and Police release letters in Arabic as and when required and update the PWC system.
*Handling the Legal and Agency functions in the credit and Collections Dept.
*Changing the work list of accounts allocated to agencies
*Sorting the Jackets to allocate cases to agencies
* Allocation to Agency
-Download the applications from E-client
-Convert into PDF and save the same in the folder
*Fresh flows to be allocated to in-house every month once base file is uploaded
*Updating in house caller’s files once base file is available monthly basis.
*Replying to all agency queries, emails and requirements
*Updating agency account status in PWC every month once they send the status file
*Invoice processing on monthly basis, every month. Dispersal of payment checks to agencies.
