Warehousing.
• Monitoring all production store.
• Daily & monthly cycle count.
• Follow up the FIFO & SFDA Condition.
• Ensure the stock movement & storing & expiration.
Production Coordinator.
• Secure materials for production form A-Z.
• Follow the production (plan, productivity, export, …etc.).
• Coordinate with (main warehouse, purchasing, Quality).
Data Entry.
• Confirm all produced output in system (SAP programs).
• Contribution for archive all the documentations.
• Monitoring the shipment with the clearance officer.
• Prepare all documentation for clearance (Air waybill, Certificate of origin, tax, goods price).
• Arrange the shipment details (FOB, DDP, CPT …etc.).
