I controlled all aspects of the day to day running of my dealership and manage a team of 7 salespeople plus a Transaction Manager, product genius and a handover specialist reporting directly to the Dealer Principle. I was responsible for all aspects of new and used vehicle targets, stock maintenance and the achievement of budgetary targets set by both the dealership and the manufacturer and also liaising on a regular basis with the manufacturer to ensure both brand alignment and maximum profitability for the dealership, I work well as part of a team and enjoy success both personally and as a group. In 2011 Corkills finished 141st in the national balance scorecard and though hard work and constant training of staff Corkills finished 11th in 2012 and 15th in 2013 from 242 retailers. I also passed my VAG Volkswagen Sales Manager Accreditation which consisted of a 6 month project, exam and question and answer under interview conditions. I work regularly with the accountant to ensure all finances are correct and a true budget result is achieved
