• Fully utilise relevant ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity
• Upon application, screen candidate applications and CV’s for initial suitability and maintain agreed service levels and targets
• Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, as well as strategizing on how to handle daily volume of applications
• Contact applicants and schedule them for initial interviews also arrange Assessment Centres
• Responsible for candidates on boarding
• Following feedback from Client Services team on candidates submitted, ensure that all applicant records are updated in the ATS with applicants being rejected as appropriate and suitable applicants moved to talent pools for future reference
• Determine work allocations for the team of 7 members
• Creates daily and weekly status reports of talents pipeline; and maintain manual reporting where required
• Appropriately escalate any issues in relation to the supply of recruitment services as appropriate
• Under Local Number Portability Dept., in charge for processing telephone number port in request.
• Answering inbound calls regarding port in status.
• At the same time making outbound calls to customers to gather information to complete their port in requests. Also prepares and consolidates end of day reports.
• Identifies good and restricted areas for pipe passages and calculates pipe lengths needed
