- Selling the different products of our company to client/contractor.
- Check site conditions for compatibility with our requirements. Continue consulting with our design section regarding non-standard cases.
- Congratulate our clients for advantages they have gotten by purchasing our products as an international brand name, high technology, confidence, durability and long life service.
- Discuss the concerned client/contractor about their requested specification to find better solutions which could guarantee their requirements along with the service quality.
- Consult with our QA and Engineering departments about any special requirements by client/contractor then reflect their feedback fully explained to the client/contractor.
- Determine the best type or model of the product matching with clients requirements, site condition and type of service.
- Prepare calculation sheets including all features, accessories and installation costs.
- Prepare quotation as per calculation sheet along with technical specification and terms and conditions.
- Follow up with client/contractor regarding any additional inquires, changing, corrections, comments or discount requests.
- Prepare prequalification documents, technical submittal and compliance and deviation sheets to submit to consultant/owner for approval.
- Follow up with contractor/client while preparing contracts to insure fulfillment of the requirements.
- Get client signature and receive first payment of agreed price as mentioned in the contract.
- Submit the product drawings and get it approved by the client/contractor.
- Send purchase order to our head office and continue follow to answer their comments or confirmation letters.
- Inform client/contractor and get his approval about any modifications or comments from our factory regarding his project.
- Follow up material status until the installation completion.
- Prepare sales reports regularly and when it is required.

- Production status reports to plant manager.
- Ensure that production deadlines are met.
- Keep in touch with plant workers. Providing, oversee, answers, comments, suggestions and help.
- Be a leader, motivator and mentor for workers.
- Ensure that all workers are trained. Further, manage their skills and talents towards improvement.
- Lead the integration process between new and expert workers
- Prepare production’s status reports to plant manager.
- Production workers daily duty scheduling (preparing and recording).
- Prepare Working hours’ per section reports.
- Create new methods for possible processes to save time, materials or manpower.
- Provide solutions for daily production process, machines or workers problems.
- Prepare Raw materials’ consumptions reports.
- Responsible about over 25 labors’ duties in the shift.
- Follow up production actions and machines.
- Assign workers to either scheduled or needed jobs.
- Coordinate with maintenance crew for the best way to deal with emergency breakdowns.
- Prepare weekly overall maintenance request to maintenance section.
- Help and support other staff mates as maintenance and inspectors to achieve the required results.
- Perform inspection and fill its reports.
- Check out the plants and under taken projects regarding location and places and work environment.
- Check out machinery, equipment, lifts, stairs, plant flat, hazardous materials, and buildings for any neglect or non meet standard safety procedures.
- Ensure that precautions are taken. And condition of emergency exits, proper extinguishers, self safety wares, first aids are available and in clear locations.
- Check if there a trained persons to give first aids in case of fall, slip, injure, poisoning, trauma, electric shocks, fully or partially blindness or deafness, suffocation, burn or other accidents. And what are the followed procedures to call or transport to hospital in such cases.
- Re-inspect for the plant documented faults to ensure that they have been solved.
- Penalty action reports against plants that does not solve their safety snags.
- Follow up and provide safety consultations and support to industrial facilities.
- Lead the work when the main supervisor is in field.
- Follow up technicians in work to get quick and good performance.
- Ensure effective and safety use of the workshop equipments and resources.
- Ensure health and safety standards and precautions equipments procedures are followed.
- Record workers attendance.
- Fuel consumption reports.
- Prepare detailed breakdowns reports.
- Report to department manager by needed spare parts.
