• Secure sponsorship and soliciting bids from vendors such as caterers, photographers, florists, and videographers.
• Coordinate event logistic, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre and post event evaluations.
• Recruits volunteers that will help manage the event. • Creates budget plan and costing monitoring. Keeps the event schedule on time, on track, and on budget. • Assisting with administration of the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
• Maintaining employee files and HR filing system.
• Conducts new employee orientation.
• Prepares paperwork required for new hires and establish personnel file.
• Reporting to Senior HR Specialist and Site Director.
• Provide assistance in activation, billing concerns and trouble shooting.
