Working as Sr. Project Manager in the e-services department at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, I am responsible for:

•Developing the project management methodology
•Developing and enforcing Standardized project templates.
•Participating in Business Development & developing the department business processes.
•Devoting a lot of my time managing the dependencies between projects and coordinating the e-Services business process interdependencies.
•Prioritizing which of the e-Services to be developed.

•Acting as a Senior Business Analyst in the most of our projects in order to:
•Document As-Is processes,
•Define the basis of “To-Be” processes.
•Re-Engineer the processes by defining remedies and alternative scenarios.
•Work towards the approval of the new “to-be” processes from the stakeholders.

•Acting as a Senior Project Manager with the purpose of:
•Generating & maintaining e-services project plan that communicates tasks, resource allocation & milestone dates.
• Coordinating e-services delivery of production releases that meet usability & quality assurance standards.

• Coordinating the Change Advisory Board Meeting to approve requested changes and prioritize them
• Managing mid-sized, large-sized projects using the latest management methodologies from Project Management Institutes (PMI) including the strategic planning and SWOT analysis
• Conducting robust process to gather all end-users requirements from different departments
• Analyzing the requirements to make a list of all required technical and functional design that IT staff can understand
• Analyzing the current situation to come up with the best combination of actions that maximizes the benefits
• Ensuring complete alignment of the IT plans and decision and the general organization’s strategic plans
• Preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) documents
• Coordinating activities to achieve the ISO Certificate for the organization

• Support SMS project (updating end-users with required information): troubleshooting end-user problems.
