Active Directory:
•Creating, modifying, and managing user accounts in Active Directory. This includes provisioning and de-provisioning user accounts, managing group memberships, and resetting passwords.
Microsoft Azure:
•User Account Management and Troubleshooting, assist in creating, modifying, and managing user accounts in Azure Active Directory. This includes account revokes, managing group memberships, resetting passwords, and checking sign-in logs and Audit.
MS 365 Admin Center:
•User and License Management, manage user accounts, licenses, and subscriptions within the MS 365 environment. This involves creating, modifying, deleting user accounts, and assigning licenses.
•Diagnose and resolve issues related to MS 365 services, authentication issues, application errors, and other technical glitches.
Cisco ISE:
•Troubleshoot and investigate user authentication to determine if the end-user is successfully authenticated by Cisco ISE, by checking the authentication logs and verifying if the user's credentials are being accepted and validated.
•Identify and resolve software and hardware problems, including reimaging Windows.
•Build new computers and perform data backup, wipe, and restore activities.
•Configure personal and network printers, plotters, webcams, and other peripherals.
•Communicate effectively with end users and customer management.
• Arrange IT logistics operations and assist with asset deliveries.
