Responsibilities
- Setting-up and correction of experimental procedure of molecular techniques (FISH, quantitative PCR, PCR-DGGE and 16S-rRNA sequencing) for analysis of microbial community in full-scale anaerobic sludge digester systems and soil amended by biochar.
- Microbial community data analysis and interpretation.
- Literature review and writing discussion for journal paper submission.

Worked in the Environment, Health and Safety department as an intern for 2 months.

- Programmed the employees’ IDs and vehicle after receiving an approval from the
higher department on submitted requests from different departments and employees.

- Developed my time management skills while completing my given tasks within a specific period of time.
- Developed my communication skills while interacting with the employees who came to submit their
requests.
• Duties
- Created new IDs and vehicles’ tags, renewed and terminated IDs and vehicle tags.
- Gathered all the forms and the needed documents from the employees and gave these forms to my manager
for approval at the end of the day.
