I maintain the quality and standards of the projects, following the technical and project management norms set by Action Against Hunger. I actively identify and resolve technical constraints related to project implementation, proposing innovative solutions where needed. Leading by example, I contribute actively to Action Against Hunger’s gender mainstreaming efforts and gender-equitable approach, ensuring these principles are integrated into approved projects in the area. Additionally, I supervise and manage the FSL team, fostering their professional growth and adherence to best practices in performance management. My contribution extends to the quality, accountability, and impact measurement process, where I promote evaluations, learning initiatives, and feedback mechanisms. Furthermore, I participate in strategic deliberations, offering insights into the humanitarian and development situation in Jordan and contributing significantly to the determination and realization of FSL stand-alone and integrated strategies.
