Conduct GAP analysis and QMS System for petroleum equipment supplier
Plan, design, liaise, Install and commission to client’s scope, a R90M power plant for Atlas Copco in conjunction with client “Kalagadi Manganese at Hotazel (Northern Cape). Scope consisted of interaction with sub-contractors, design / technical parameters, design drawings, testing of all equipment, SHEQ, hand-over, Inspection and sign off of equipment from suppliers, management of sub-contractors -(civil, equipment and electrical of Atlas Copco and Kalagadi ). MS Project planning schedules, chair site meetings, client management meetings, progress reviews and reports.
Installation of an MCS System at 600SA (Isando) for Production and Workshop. MS Project planning system, overhead recovery rates, standards, procedures, work load analysis, reporting parameters, forward planning (in-house and field services)
Investigate and improve the production process at Mellios Griot in the USA from 42% efficiency to 74%
Improve the production output levels at Zerinox, from an efficiency of 58% to above 72% consisting of process improvements, systems & quality improvements, resulting in huge savings.
Introduced a project planning system at Masdor South Africa to stream line production processes to support sales plan.
Balanced line layouts at Pillsbury S.A. Where refrigeration products were manufactured to increase productivity. Also changed production lines to be more flexible to accommodate product range.
Reduction of curing time of earthmover tires At Goodyear S.A.
