( MIDAD )
Constructing Multi storied structure by performing following
responsibility of Engineers representative such as
Assisting and monitoring the performance of the construction
team of Engineers, inspectors, surveyors and materials teams by
Leading the construction supervision team.
Fulfilling project requirements by implementing proper QA QC
procedure for various forms of RCC in situ and precast, Post
Tensioned
Approving and Deploying engineering documents like Shop
drawings construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
Providing engineering information by answering questions and
requests by coordination with consultants DSA and WME
Advising management on needed actions on critical issue of
projects like dewatering well closing and various VO
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed.
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed
within budget and on time.

Project: Construction Of Jazan Industrial City Phase 2 for Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON)

Currently acting as an Engineer’s Representative which has following performance:

• Direct supervision and coordination of the construction works to achieve construction in accordance with the Contract Documents.
• Directing, assisting and monitoring the performance of the construction team namely, Assistant Engineers, inspectors, surveyors and materials teams.
• Leading the construction supervision team.
• Manage construction supervision, quality control, financial control, hand over and other site operations;
• Monitoring progress against accepted construction schedule and review the Contractor’s progress reports.
• Identifying specific problems and proposing appropriate solution to Contractors.
• Coordinating with all concerned parties on all construction (and design) issues.
• Conducting weekly meetings to monitor the Contractor’s performance.
• Monitoring concerned authorities (agencies) approvals.
• Assess progress on site and prepare reports to be submitted to the client.
• Coordinate (as necessary) all utility matters between contractors and all concerned Client.
• Monitoring submittal review and approval of shop drawings, material submittals.
• Ensuring safety goals are achieved on the project.
• Verifying the information in the Contractor’s daily report including all the resources (labor, equipment and materials).
• Maintain awareness of contracts financial status.

Duties Performed :
Construction of industrial shed for manufacturing pipes form 24 ' to 88'
handling two site at present PCK and Group Five line 5 project
Construction Management for new work like work execution scheduling and executing jobs, communication with machine supply and install contractors from Germany and in completion stage site commissioning stage clearing lot of snags and providing support. and same time preparing documents to submit to MODON and SIDF

Present reports defining projects progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Responsible for Project evaluations and assessment of results
Prepare and submit report to the Line manager for work progress status on a Regular basis and as required.

Project: Vietnam Emulsion Project, Vietnam
Taloja Emulsion Plant Extension Project, Mumbai Chennai Emulsion Plant extension, Chennai
India Technical Center, Mumbai

Duties Performed: Responsible for Implementation of Civil & Structural scope of project from end to end basis .
Responsible for Civil, Structural, Architectural Component Specifications, Selection, Detail design,
Installation, Testing & Successful Commissioning.
Provide Interface to other project Discipline to ensure timely project completion & handover.
Implementation of Civil &Structural portion of project for ensuring Schedule, cost and functionality -
Control with Engineering Consultants / Contractors for timely Project Implementation .
Ensure desired construction Quality, Safety.

Project : Carbon Black Plant and Power Plant construction (Crown Project )

Duties Performed: Responsible for planning and management of construction of a number of super specialty components of Carbon Black Plant. Steam Turbine Building; Air Cooled Condenser ( ACC );Sub Station Building
Co Boiler Structure; Product Storage Area ( Silo );Reactor and Dryer; Quench Tower; Bag Filter ;Tank Farm ( CBFS Area ) ; Ware House; DM Plant; Workshop; RW / FW Reservoir andPump House

Project : BJPL Project for GSPL .
The project includes the construction of 30” pipe line of about 508 km length from Bharuch in Gujarat to Jamnagar, dealing in first spread of project out of three . From chain age zero to chain age 108 km is in spread one.
Project : DUPL Project for GAIL .
The project includes the construction of 30” pipe line of about 483 km length from Dahej Gujarat to Uran in Maharashtra, Dealing in first spread of project out of three . From chain age zero to chain age 132 km is in spread one.
Duties Performed:
Executing work from consultants side. It include designing of Sectionalizing Valve station, Dispatch and Receiving stations Foundations for Launcher, Metering skid and other static equipment Plant and non-plant buildings and their foundations. RCC/Structural components column beam slab Pipe racks, Cable Trench and Platforms Equipment and supporting structures

2. Project :Construction of PTE and PTFE Plants :
Duties Performed :

The scope includes construction of 600 m Primary Pipe rack having 18 m height, 14 m Parallel Pipe rack, CCW pipe rack, 200 m Dyke wall, HRSG foundation, Blow down pit, OWS pit, Sub Station Building, MRS-Building. Etc.
Duties Performed: Responsible for the checking of executing work which include planning for work execution in RCC and Structural work like Truss for Cell House, External pipe rack,
Platform at various levels Checking of BBS submitted by contractor along with
R A bills as per approved drawings and revisions .Maintaining quality by Q A plan which approved by contractor like all test and pour card .
The project has to complete on in time bound manner controlling by proper Updating of progress report.

Project : Construction of P S F Project for Bombay Dyeing & Mfg. Co. Ltd.

The project includes the to complete afterwards and RCC floors are at various level and of variable structural components.
Duties Performed: Responsible for the checking and executing work from consultants side ( Chemtex Global Engineers Pvt Ltd ), it include planning for work execution of construction of PSF Main process Building, Cutter baler, and Drawline buildings In a controlled and time bond manner, the work includes RCC frame work with all required arrangements for mechanical erection of sheds vessels and other in structural steel work
