 Accurately types correspondence, memos and other materials.
 Responsible for managing the health insurance of the employees including renewals, addition of new members and dependents, and cancellation of existing members due to resignation/termination.
 Responsible for managing employee leave records.
 I arrange and confirm necessary travel arrangement for new recruits, business travels and repatriation tickets.
 Coordination with Shared Service Support Department for arranging transportation services on the arrival of new on-boarding staff, from airport to company accommodation.
 Picking up new on-boarding Physicians, Managers, Directors and Chiefs from the airport.
 I liaise with the Housing Manager and arrange accommodation for new staff who requires this.
 I liaise with accredited Hotels for booking of new joining Physicians, Managers, Directors and Chiefs.
 I arrange transportation services for two days on-boarding program - Corporate orientation and medical exam of new joined staff.
 Preparing the necessary documents for induction and making sure that each attendees has a copy before the orientation starts.
 I manage food deliveries for the orientation breakfast and lunch.
 I manage the process for new staff attending the corporate orientation program, arranging salary advance and collecting necessary documents for Emirates ID application.
 Coordinating with Public Relation Office and assists new joining staff in the process of mandatory Medical Screening and Emirates ID biometric fingerprint scanning.
 Coordinating with the Heads of Department for completing the process of staff Probationary Evaluation Form.
 Coordinating with Professional Licensing Department regarding staff HAAD license renewal and upgrading.
 Issuing Local Purchase Order for air ticket and hotel booking.
 Coordinating with the Finance department with regards to the invoices from accredited Hotels, travel agencies and recruitment agencies.
 I manage employee files and records.
 I prepare the ID Badge for employees - new and existing.
 Assists employees with routine personnel related questions as first point of contact for employee related issues.
 I manage the procurement process to ensure office supplies are well maintained.
 Raise ticket for any maintenance issues of health and safety risk.
 Assisting in the clearance process of resigned/terminated staff.
 Perform other related tasks as required, efficiently and in timely manner.
