• Handle all the company business related to the physical security Products
Line.
• Create a Maintenance Plan for all 20 cash centers across the kingdom
•Responsible for designing solutions for Physical Security Systems
(IPVS/CCTV, Access control, Intrusion, Fire Alarm, etc.) in Building & Industrial
automation integrated with LAN infrastructure.
• Responsible for operation & implementation plan for all new projects.
•Preparing a complete technical and commercial offer for each project or
tender, by going through a complete design and implementation procedures.
•Executes high-level system designs that may include detailed site surveys,
camera placement, the field of view calculations, pixels on target, bandwidth
and storage calculations, BOM.
• Works as UCC delivery manager include (videoconference, Video
Surveillance, safety city, IP contact center, Unified Communications) in the
North Africa area.
• Handle Customer Requests related to UCC Product Line.
• Provide UCC onsite training for the customer.
• Provide Low-level design for UCC Products.
• Ensure all designs, quality standards, and acceptance standards have been
confirmed by customers.
• Participate in Projects and acceptance testing inside and outside Egypt.
• Provide Technical Supervision or tutoring for local staff
•Physical security systems engineer is Responsible for designing solutions for
Physical Security Systems (CCTV, Access control, etc.) in Building & Industrial
automation integrated with LAN infrastructure.
•Preparing a complete technical and commercial offers for each project or
tender, by going through a complete design and implementation procedures.
•Executes high-level system designs that may include: detailed site surveys,
camera placement, the field of view calculations, pixels on target, bandwidth
and storage calculations, BOM construction, site drawings (Visio/CAD), 3rd
party product recommendations and integration.
•Provide technical support to the sales team and customers.
•Provide presentations and training to sales and customers to ensure
awareness of their systems and of the new updated technologies.
•Working closely with Sales/account managers to plan the check the pipeline
and sales forecast and support the salespersons to achieve the target.
•Working closely with other system engineers, to ensure coming up with a fully
integrated solution.
•Maintain good communication and negotiating to cost with suppliers (i.e.
Vendors and Distributor)
•Perform site surveys and ensure getting feedback from customers to optimize
the system to perfectly match the requirements.l.
•Responsible for Design, installation, programming, commissioning, and
Maintenance of Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting Gas Systems. (According to
NFPA), CCTV & Access Control.
