•Purchase Order and Change Order Management:
•Monitor and control purchase orders and change order requests to ensure compliance with budget constraints.
•Review and approve change orders by the approved bill of quantities and planned quantities.
•Prepare project cost reports detailing the financial performance of the project.
•Utilize work breakdown structure (WBS) to track project expenses and identify any deviations from the budget.
•Analyze the utilization of resources on-site, including labor, equipment, and materials.
•Generate productivity reports and material wastage reports to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
•Coordinate with the planning team to prepare project cash flow forecasts based on billing status and work progress.
•Ensure alignment between project cash flow projections and financial performance.
•Create and manage contracts at the ERP System
•Lead the implementation of ERP systems, such as Oracle Project Management Cloud, across the organization.
•Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to configure and customize ERP modules according to business requirements.
•Develop templates and standard processes within the ERP system to streamline project management workflows.
•Ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry and reporting across projects and departments.
•Prepare and update financial project plans within the ERP system, incorporating budgetary constraints and resource allocations.
•Monitor project financials, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
•Create contracts and review revenue recognition and invoicing processes within the ERP system.
•Provide recommendations for contract management strategies and improvements.
•Generate and analyze reports from the ERP system to assess project performance and financial health.
•Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement based on ERP data insights

•Incorporate all project activities, milestones, and deliverables into the schedule using scheduling software such as Primavera.
