• Prepare and analyze tender documents, including bill of quantities.
• Participate in the tendering process.

• Coordinate Engineer Instructions (EIs) with project teams.
• Stay updated on local regulations and ensures that all cost management practices comply with relevant laws and standards in Saudi Arabia.

• Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project costs, Implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize cost overruns.
