Planning of raw materials based on stock levels, Demand and ROP
(Reorder point) including sourcing, purchasing, transport,
warehousing, and distribution.
• Identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce the overall supply
chain cost.
• Obtain Order approval from the management and negotiating with
vendors.
• Quality Assurance through QC team for the final delivery approval.
• Prepare feasibility report based on research and comparative studies
of GCC market.
• In charge of offloading of the materials, preparation of GRN (Goods
Receipt Note) and entry through ERP System.
• Execution of projects against assigned budgets.
• Work allocation including Over Time management of labours and
supervisors.
• Fleet management including international shipments.
• Identification of new suppliers and contract management.
• Handling rejected material and coordinating with the supplier for
replacement
• Coordinating with QC for material release.
• Preparing bid summaries and conduct cost analysis.
• Preparation of PO against requisition, involvement in international
purchase when required.
• Responsible for clearance of shipments by coordinating with agencies
(air & sea).
• Support inventory optimisation, utilising analysis regarding slow
moving/non-moving, excessive stock items, and items low in stock
• Identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and execute those
strategies to drive significant value to the business (Value Creation and
Value Protection).

PROJECT ENGINEER

• Create cost comparison sheet and present to the head of Procurement
for further approvals.
• Discussion with department/project heads for order finalizations.
• On-time sourcing of parts & Equipment’s for the project within

clarification meetings with client.
