 Working on venture capital financing and road map for a possible IPO of an I.T. start-up based in USA; activities include: product market research, financial modeling, valuation, investor marketing documents and negotiating with Middle East based VC funds for 5% stake in this start-up;
 Involved on US $300million LC structuring for an oil & gas sector trading client based in Middle East; activities include: financial projections, risks assessment, investor marketing documents like IM & teaser and negotiating with financial institutions for structuring of back-to-back LC;
 Prepared a technical proposal for IPO of a real estate company to fund its expansion plans.

Involved in financial advisory, fund raising and capital restructuring transactions; tasks included development of financial models, valuations, due diligence, project pitches, feasibility studies, and proposals preparation.

 Worked on PKR 750MN debt restructuring assignment of Admore Gas; developed financial model and negotiated with banks and related financial institutions for new terms based on reorganization plan;
 Prepared banking sector pitch-book with strong focus on the banks unable to meet regulatory requirements;
 Worked on entry strategy of a leading Middle East food brand in Pakistan; worked on various franchising options and relative competitive analysis;
 Prepared feasibility study of Mass Transit System (MTS) for Punjab Metrobus Authority; activities included primary research through surveys and interviews, financial modeling, economic analysis, risk assessment and feasibility study preparation;
 Worked on sell-side M&A advisory services to Admore Gas and a reputable IT data center company CubeXS Weatherly; activities included financial modeling, valuation, preparing IM and negotiating with investors;
 Worked on power sector financial model for a Chinese client for investment in coal field of Pakistan; the project scope included valuation, scenario analysis, project recommendations based on technical assessment;
 Worked on consortium proposal, under leadership of Jefferies International, for restructuring and privatization of an international airline and the most critical state owned entity, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA).

Worked on consultancy assignment of NADRA for efficient allocation of relief funds among flood affected areas. Visited the fields of NADRA Watan Card centers and examined the management performance through surveying ground level staff & beneficiaries. Also, I was given opportunity to work on the consortium proposal of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for financial advisory and fund raising services.

Associated with the assurance team for external audit of a public listed company, Thal Limited, with net revenues of PKR 11.48 billion; closely worked with the client as part of the team in understanding their internal controls, documenting process flows in planning phase and applying audit standards. My responsibilities included: application of audit substantive procedures using E&Y Global Application; I managed to work on almost all major heads including sales, COGS, finance costs, PPE, inventory, receivables and payables.
