General Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Helped Managers to achieve 2017 Department Goals and follow up with the progress to be reported to the CQO
• Manage department meeting minutes and attendance rosters
• Covering for other department Admin. Assist on vacation, as required
• Making gate passes (more than 45 gate passes for visitors and employees)
• Sets up accommodation, meetings, logistics and entertainment arrangements for each department visitors, as requested by managers.
• Maintaining track for any document comes in or out of the department.
• Maintaining of work schedules/ office calendars and coordination of meetings for staff in area of responsibility
• Manage and maintain managers' calendars and update them on daily upcoming activities.
• Sets up and coordinates meetings and conferences.
• Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials in custody and ensure operability and good condition of those at all times.
• Maintains an adequate inventory of departments' office supplies. Ensure all individuals have adequate supplies at all times and monitors the use of supplies and equipment.
• Prepare Travel, Trainings and Expense claim forms as required.
• Prepares SAP Purchase Requisitions, reports, memos, letters and other documents, using MS-Word, MS-Excel spreadsheet, and/or MS-PowerPoint presentation software.
• Performs general clerical duties to include faxing, mailing, and other duties as assigned by managers.
• Maintains hard copy and electronic filing system
• Continue to assist Qatari Employees and Developee with any administration work required

Conducting outbound daily customer satisfaction surveys over phone regarding all bank products and services.
Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports with all activities done through these periods with customer feedback, comments and recommendations.
Assisting other departments in conducting surveys for measuring their standards and fulfilling their targets.
Creating and generating monthly reports analysis and representing it to management assisting in business decisions.
Creating and generating online surveys for the bank, sharing them internally and externally in order to get various customer types feedback fulfilling department annual plan.
