Responsibilities:
• Preparing, Monitoring and Updating the Master Programme.
• Reviewing, Approving and Monitoring the Contractors Baseline and updated Programme.
• Reviewing the Contractors Monthly and Weekly Report.
• Preparation of Monthly and Weekly Report for the client.
• Reviewing the updated schedule of various projects in weekly and monthly basis.
• Preparation of Monthly Power Point Presentation for the client.
• Attending progress meetings, managers meeting and coordination meeting for weekly and monthly update.
• Reviewing / approving and Monitoring the Cost loading and Manpower resources for various projects weekly and
monthly basis.
