▪ Inspect and monitor installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and sewage Network
systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved
drawings, and relevant standards.

▪ Ensure proper installation of valves, pumps, tanks, cleanouts, and backflow
preventers.
▪ Supervised and executed brazing works for copper piping in firefighting
systems, ensuring leak-proof joints and compliance with project specifications.
▪ Prepare inspection reports and document non-conformance reports (NCRs) when
deviations are observed.
▪ Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical
issues and ensure timely rectification.
▪ Conduct final inspections and support testing & commissioning prior to
handover.
▪ Ensure as-built drawings reflect actual site conditions.
▪ Maintain proper documentation and quality control records.
▪ Conduct regular inspections of ducting, piping, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps,
and other HVAC equipment
▪ Handled all project documentation from start to handover, including design
drawings, material approvals, procurement records, inspection reports, testing
and commissioning reports, TAB activities, as-built drawings, O&M manuals,
and final handover documentation for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting
systems.

▪ Inspect HVAC systems including ducting, chilled water piping, AHUs, FCUs,
ventilation, and exhaust systems as per approved drawings and specifications.
▪ Monitor installation of plumbing systems including domestic water supply,
drainage, and stormwater networks.
▪ Inspect firefighting systems such as sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, landing
valves, and fire pumps in compliance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS),
National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and local fire authority

relevant IS codes.
▪ Verify duct routing, pipe supports, insulation works, and equipment
installation as per approved shop drawings.
▪ Witness pressure testing, duct leakage testing, flushing, and HVAC system
commissioning including TAB activities.
▪ Review material submittals, method statements, and technical documents
prior to site execution.
▪ Raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are
implemented.
▪ Manage inspection and documentation from installation stage through testing,
commissioning, and final handover including as-built drawings and O&M
manuals.

▪ Supervise day-to-day site activities for HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and
sewage system installations.
▪ Execute HVAC works including ducting, chilled water piping, VRF systems,
AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems as per approved drawings.
▪ Oversee installation of firefighting systems such as sprinklers, hydrants, hose
reels, landing valves, and fire pumps in compliance with National Building
Code of India (NBC), Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), and National Fire
Protection Association (NFPA) standards.
▪ Monitor plumbing works including domestic water supply, drainage,
stormwater, and sewage networks.
▪ Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other MEP services to ensure
smooth site execution and avoid clashes.
▪ Ensure proper routing, supports, insulation, slope levels, and equipment
installation as per specifications.
▪ Monitor manpower, materials, and site productivity to meet project deadlines.
▪ Conduct and witness testing activities including pressure testing, hydro
testing, flushing, and HVAC TAB activities.
▪ Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and maintain site
documentation.
▪ Support testing, commissioning, and final handover including as-built
drawings and O&M manuals.
