Manage multiple projects / programs simultaneously leveraging established project management procedures and methodologies to ensure projects are diligently delivered, within budget, compliant with high quality standards and meet customer’s expectations. Program Management responsibilities
• Plan fact-based business cases, collaborative decision-making, and measurable value-driven roadmap formulation
• Oversee the project management activities and their performance and provide support to ensure consistent delivery in line with strategic objectives
• Clearly define problem statements and perform a hypothesis analysis to determine potential solutions to the problem at hand
Change Management responsibilities
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stakeholder alignment
• Ensure integrity of project delivery processes and their ability to achieve their intended purpose
• Evaluate, and forecast current status against an established baseline schedule
• Monitor and provide support during all phases of the projects being implementation
• Follow-up all on all projects to ensure timely completions, achievements of project objectives and adherence to budget and necessary approvals
• Highlight to management the problematic areas, concerns at early stage in the projects, and provide experienced advice to deal with these problems
• Customize control systems to meet specific project requirements
• Participate in all project review audits and inputs into the review outcome and implementation of measures recommended
• Provide regular project reporting and ensure adequate communication flows between the different project execution teams
• Define the scope of the project/program in collaboration with senior management
• Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
• Determine the resources (time, money, equipment) required to complete the project
• Develop a schedule for project/program completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
• Review the project/program schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
• Execute the project/program according to the project plan
• Monitor the progress of the project/program and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase

Provide training and mentoring support Black Belt candidates in Lean Six Sigma and Design for Lean Six Sigma, LSS for Service (Transactional) Processes, and Kaizen Events
Deliver Executive training, Champion training and Green Belt training.
Liaise with and advise clients across multiple industries at a mid to senior management level for large multi - location global organizations
Develop, execute and maintain project work plan and budget for teams comprising upto 4-5 analysts
Contribute to building the knowledge base of P&IP
Identify opportunities to deliver service line's Lean Six Sigma based continuous improvement offerings
Assist and the selection, prioritization, and scoping of projects.
Provide guidance and direction to Black Belts on the performance of project teams.
Conduct rigorous project reviews and apply managerial methods to ensure adherence to project scope and timeline.
Provide feedback to Project Champions and Black Belts on strengths and development needs.

Provide ongoing progress updates to Business Sponsors and other stakeholders, and provide reconciliation on project expectations and outcomes.
Schedule and lead Tollgate Meetings.
Utilize and disseminate the Lean Sigma tools and methods.
Coach Green Belts.
Lead scheduling of Yellow Belt training and train Yellow Belts.
Responsible for process improvement initiatives in Loan Operations and Security operations.
Liaising with various Process owners to enhance their business processes and optimize the usage of technical infrastructure, for overall business & organisation development.
Identifying customer requirements for the assigned projects, defining the project’s scope and conducting feasibility studies.
Understanding the existing business processes and conducting gap analysis to undertake Business Process reengineering (BPR).
Recommending process enhancements using Six Sigma methodologies for improving performance on various business parameters, restructuring and revival.
Validating the results & implementing control systems for sustenance of improved processes.
