Identify and assess training needs within a company & meeting with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs.
Searching for training companies that provide In-House or External training programs tailored to our competencies dictionary & help in assessing and selecting the best.
Conducting surveys and assure the best way for programs delivery by finalizing all training feedbacks to get training evaluation charts.
Keeping a record of all the programs into the learning management system.
Planning, Organizing & Implementing other leadership development activities such as: Coaching Program, Assessment Centre & Individual Development Plan.
Designing & updating work procedures.
• Fully responsible for local admin hire & medical assistant overseas hire.
• Handling recruitment annual plan & work time-plan.
• Conducting phone & actual interviews with candidates and coordinate the interviews by making accurate appointments and other necessarily arrangements.
• Calculating salary based on salary scale.
• Keeping quarterly reports.
• Preparing and contributing in recruitment trips.
• Working with IT Department for Recruitment online page designing.
Fully Responsible of the local and international hire.
