Marketing Research:

Create marketing dashboards that visualize meaningful insights to executive management and branch heads.

Analyze - Market Share Trends, Market Size, Market Capitalization, Dealer Participation, Brand Ranking and Price Premium Analysis.

Sales Analysis - Analyze periodic sales trends, lost sales analysis, provide insights on primary and secondary reasons contributing for deals.

CRM Database - Integrating and blending the CRM Leads and Opportunities data for market research and marketing campaign purposes.

Work closely with internal and external support teams for continuous improvement in the CRM data gathering techniques.


Customer Experience - VOC and VOB:

Identify customer needs to create a superior customer experience through transactional surveys and process optimizations.

Gathering the customers' transactional information from various divisions across branches for survey purpose.

Coordinate the end to end transactional survey process with customer support representatives.

Analyze the survey results, understand and identify the customer concerns and business Gaps.

Coordinator and Key liaison for surveys between Management, system administrator and external vendors.

Discuss and negotiate various system enhancements with vendors during process optimization - Vendor Management.

The entry was focused towards the series of initiatives (Six Sigma - MGPP) which had a direct impact on the various customer interactions and overall customer experiences during the year 2016. The initiatives ranging from enhancing the customer's buying experience by providing the best customer centric solutions and offers with the help of VOC up to delivering superior after sales experiences that ultimately impact the net loyalty of the dealership were presented to the principal - Caterpillar.
