•Employee screening and preparation of summary reports to HR Manager.
•Recruitment activities and hiring White Collar and Blue-Collar candidates.
•Work closely with HR Manager in preparation of Job Descriptions, compensation & benefits activities.

•Coordinate with Insurance company for private medical and group medical insurance for employees.
•Plan, coordinate and organize all company events.
•Maintain and update employee profiles and records in HRMIS.
•Prepare, process, and maintain all HR forms during mobilization& demobilization of employees.
•Process resignation or termination letters.
•Managing hourly and monthly employee leave calculation for various projects.
•Maintain airfare entitlement and encashment records.
•Hosted large groups by engaging with attendees during annual events.
•Prepare salary certificates, experience certificates, final settlement calculation memo and demobilization memo.
•Preparation of offer letters and contracts of new employees.
•Responsible for all internal communication with employees.
•Follow up with different departments to ensure calendar smooth operations.
•Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Maintain comprehensive filing system for all personnel data.
•Handle HR administrative tasks.
