Reports to Vice president - Operations & Facilities Management; managing 1.8 Million sqm Landscape
areas including soft landscape, hardscape, lakes, water features, irrigation & lake pump rooms, public
parks, Villa communities, indoor plants, Green walls, Green roofs, Indoor vertical farm, Community
Farm, Dog park.
✓ Conduct daily/ weekly/ monthly site walks of existing landscape projects and new projects under
development and manage in line with SLA & KPI’s.
✓ Use Rain Bird, hybrid irrigation, IQ, central control systems and IOT based other latest technology to
generate irrigation demand data, implement, Audit and Save irrigation water20-40% irrigation water
saving is achieved from 2016 onwards. This is saving almost 0.5-1 million AED on irrigation water and
associated operational cost.
✓ Managed the Landscape in line with Sustainable and innovative solutions, Mechanized operations which
resulted in a sustained Customer satisfaction level of 85-90% every year.
✓ Developed and implemented OPEX, CAPEX budgets to ensure the organization’s goals are achieved as
per the targets every year.
✓ Developed revenue-based Business models to the clients and stakeholders as a win-win for the
customer and organization every year.
✓ Landscape maintenance and enhancement of the areas as per the ever-growing community led to
happy and satisfied customers.
Implemented New Manpower requests as per the projects demand, paperless projects management
through D365 and other CRM.
✓ Regularly reviewed Landscape architectural designs of new developments, prepare recommendations
to the management in line with the vision, Sustainability strategy and Operational efficiency.
✓ Additionally, managing Public health pest control operations at 46 plus DSO offices & residential
buildings and all the open spaces at DSO.
✓ Additionally, managing Smart Waste Management, recycling services for DSO buildings, Villas,
Developer buildings in 7.2sq km areas.
✓ Certify As-built drawings and give Landscape approvals for enhancement projects at DSO.
✓ Develop landscape regulations, Soft service policies and Quality forms.
✓ Provide landscape solutions to 3000 villas at the free zone, and supervise irrigation infrastructure for
the open areas at the free zone.
✓ Managed a team of Engineers and Supervisors and uplifted them through proper training, e learning
and other Organization requirements which enhanced the Customer satisfaction levels.

✓ Winner of “Tamayozi/Excellence’ award in 2009, 2012, 2015 within the organization for innovative
Landscape and other Soft services solutions.
✓ Winner of Distinguished Innovative employee for 2017 for inhouse development & implementing of
Hybrid irrigation through IOT and integration of all projects to a centralized system.
✓ Implemented Green Roof in 6000 sqm area and Green Wall in 2500 sqm as a part of sustainability,
Green building & LEED requirements.
✓ Initiated & achieved ISO14001-2015 certification in Environment & Waste Management.
✓ Contributed to the CSR by Dates supply to charities every year, planting programs, 5 Best Garden
competition to the villa communities, Cleaning days, Community Farms
✓ Winner of DQG (Dubai Quality Group ) award for Smart Subsurface irrigation technology.

✓ Managed landscape maintenance for Prestigious -Jumeriah Properties covering Burj Al Arab, Jumeriah
Beach Hotel, Bab Al Shams and other luxury properties
✓ Major activities involved landscape, irrigation, fountain maintenance, MEP related works.
✓ Executed soft landscaping projects for various executive villas viz. Knowledge Village, Dubai Media
City, Internet City, TECOM (152 villas) etc.
✓ Undertook several beautification projects viz. large scale transplantation of Date palms, Washingtonia
palms, Queen palms; also planted various ornamental, exotic trees, shrubs, ground covers at several
prestigious landmark sites in Dubai.
Achievements:
✓ Successfully completed AED 3.5 million worth landscape enhancement works within 6 months.
✓ Managed the landscape maintenance of prestigious Jumeirah properties; revenue from these
maintenance activities was AED 3.5-4 million per annum.

✓ Responsible for nursery and plantation maintenance; prepared technical protocols for various bio-fuel
plantations.
✓ Resolved staff problems relating to production technology and equipment operations; conducted
landscape equipment / machinery trainings and workshops.
✓ Generated sales of pants / crops / seeds through nursery, plantation crops, orchard, floriculture and
organic farming.
✓ Developed new orchards viz. - Mango, Sapota, Jack fruit & value added vegetables' nursery.
Achievement
✓ Trained 25 staff for nursery plant propagation, 25 staff for machinery usage, and made 10 landscape
presentations to ICRISAT management.
✓ Successfully raised 100, 000 healthy saplings in nursery-ornamental, fruit and flowering.
✓ Commissioned equipment and machinery - 8 ride-on mowers, 2 reel mowers, 2 chopping tractors.
✓ Grew and distributed 200, 000 biofuel plantations.
✓ As part of beautification and aesthetics developed 2 public parks, one mini-golf course with driving
range and a large Gazebo.
