• Framing plans before modeling the model in the Software package (ETABS) and (STAAD).
• Preparation of DBR(Design basic Report ) for the whole project where in the zoning for both wind, seismic in accordance with IS 1893 2002 and IS 875(Part 1, 2, 3)
• Preparation of DCI (Drawing control index) where in the total number of drawings for the project and dates to be released are fixed up.
• Deciding the type of foundation based on the soil report.
• Developing and Reviewing all design concept.
• Ensuring Design Calculations based on relevant Indian and International standards.
• Co-ordination with the architect, site and other services.(HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing)
• Design of all type of foundation like open and raft.
• Raft foundation is modeled in SAFE.
• Pile foundation modeled in ETABS.
• Designing the Pile caps for pile with using software Etabs 9.7V
