TRACING AGENT in LUFTHANSA CARGO, SHARJAH: with prime objective involves streamlining the process for missing cargo, rebooking of found cargo to destination and incoming messages from all stations, and reporting all discrepancies to concerned stations. Over all in-charge of the staff on my shift. Also well verse with Amadeus sys of booking.
b. COOL-ULD CONTROL in LUFTHANSA CARGO, SHARJAH: Trained on how to book containers via easy-booking. Controlling movements of pallet TO & FRO FROM STN. Maintaining stock inventory records. Keeping records and maintaining stock refill for STNS if necessary, etc.
