1. Apply all safety, operation and environmental standards according to Heineken standards . 2. Performs daily deployment by reviewing all plant and department energy consumption. 3. Executes corrective and preventive maintenance tasks to safeguard equipment availability. 4. Improve and upgrade machine efficiency. 5. Ensures CILT execution for utilities areas: cleaning, inspection, lubrication and timing. 6. Drives improvements and raises safety awareness among the team to prevent accidents, incidents, and/or near misses. 7. Reduces utilities consumption by looking for waste consumption and using the utilities benchmark module for leading energy reduction teams. 8. Aligns with the procurement team on all spare parts' price bench marking. 9. Supports the department managers in the development of operation plans with regards to maintenance budget. 10. Directs, coordinates, plans, and evaluates technicians' activities and performance 11. Reviews governmental invoices and finalized payments in collaboration with the finance department. 12. Participates and leads the daily control system meetings and reviews safety, quality, and resource consumption in the plants. 13. Delegates and assigns daily tasks to technicians.

1. Drive and manage all TPM activities and KPI's over plant through different TPM methodology in order to improve maintenance, Quality, Packaging, Environmental and sustainability, safety compliance and all standards over plan and improve productivity and business profitability. through LT pillar, leader ship capabilities and PDP . 2. Improve all process in all departments through improvement team and kazins . 3. Development the people to be applied to improve in work process and new technology. 4. Contribute to improve the engagement of people to solve the problems in better way of thinking 5. Improve tech and operators during daily and change the mentality and culture from re active approach to proactive approaches. 6. Improve different pillars activities (Safety .FI, PQ, T&E, AM and PM) 7. Support different improvement team in different plant among our OPCO.

1. All maintenance activities including (Boilers, Air compressors, Cooling and generators). 2. Supervision and follow all machine operation 3. Daily monitoring for power consumption and reporting 4. Complete management of all works on site.
