Over years experience in metallurgical field specially .In process development various heat treatment process namely surface treatments like carburising, nitriding, nitro carburising, Induction hardening solution annealing, subcritical annealing, hardening, normalising, tempering, mar tempering & stress reliving of steel in fluidised bed furnace, sealed quench furnace & induction hardening machines. As ahead of melting & metallurgical dept where melting of various specification of steel & irons. Identification of microstructures of samples, preparation of non-ferrous specimen for metallographic examination, sizing by sieve analysis of crushed ore.
To inspect a given materials for cracks by magnetic flaw detector, finding the mechanical properties by doing destructive tests like hardness, tension, impact, fatigue. Annealing, normalizing, Harding of steels and observation of microstructures. Understanding of chemical, mechanical, corrosive properties of various metals. Carbon Steel (CS), Low Temperature CS. High Strength Structural Steels, QT Steels, Various Low Alloy Steels for high Temperature usage.

• To check the material inspection, fit-up inspection of weld joint, visual inspection of final welding as per approved drawings.
• Through understanding of standards and codes along with PIP’S to be applied on field.
• Review and comment on materials, procedures, ITPS, method statements, etc.
• Calibration - Pressure Gauge, Vickers’s Hardness tester, Charpy Impact Tester and Measuring Instruments (Pie-Tape, Scale, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.)
• Witnessing & reviewing of non destructive tests such as radiographic test (RT), ultrasonic test (UT), penetrate test (PT) and magnetic particle inspection (MPI).
• Witnessing destructive tests such as tension test, guide bend test, impact test and hardness test.
