The Commercial Training Specialist is responsible to track, manage and control the training status in the Commercial department. This position is also responsible to review the performance of the intended audience in the sales and logistics divisions and accordingly conduct training analysis needs to tailor and develop effective training programs, courses and learning frameworks.
The Regional Project Coordinator is a regional role responsible for assisting in the successful implementation and adoption of branch based projects. This is a key role during and post- implementation. The Regional Project Coordinator will provide onsite support to end users and will be instrumental in change management activities during projects.
