1. Release batch cards and inputs adjustments, rectify formulations as to availability of raw
materials. Performs laboratory lab works, testing new raw materials.
2. Operates new machines as long as monitors and calibrates balances. Approves and
performs the Quality Control tests for all products, adjustments for bases or any
corrective measures for problematic batches. Performs colorant pastes / colors using
basket mills, Recommends measures, draws up plan of action to improve manpower,
machine efficiency, Coordinates with sales manager, salesman regarding customer
complaints and reviews corrective action.Coordinate straight with the Director on critical

1. ( Decorative Interior and Exterior Paints- Wall and ceiling paints, Acrylic Paints, Solvent
based Paints, Road Paints, Wood Stains and Coatings, Car Paints, N.C, P.U.) and efficiency
of the production and proper utilization of assigned manpower.
2. Schedules day to day production as to required orders. Monitors Responsible for all the
performance of the production group, decision making, safety Raw Materials Stock
Monitors Packaging Materials Handling Raw Material warehouse and Packaging
warehouse. Monitors packing, finished good/stocks, machines, and other resources to
produce high quality products.
3. Supervises and handles all manpower Indians, Banggali, Pakistani as well as Arabic
personnel. Supervises the tin cans production. Schedules and monitors quantity and
quality of tin cans / packaging materials produced. The preparation of QC reports and final
results for production.
