In-charge of all survey work pertaining to site construction such as:
Perform Land surveys/measurements using a variety of specialize Technical Equipment (including Theodolites, Sokkia and all types of Total Station instrument)
Analysing data, plans, maps, charts, verify survey data and provide survey report, liaise with Local Authorities, Consultants and Subcontractors.
Downloading, processing and plotting of data using total station software.
Prepare as-built drawings, sketches, reports and descriptions of surveys work performed.
Monitor and review sub-contractors' work to ensure contract standard specification are met.Monitoring the Ground Instrumentation and Equipment’s Alert and Work Suspension Level.
Processing and Plotting of data using AutoCAD.
Conduct topographic survey, preparing schedule, report and directly coordinate the daily survey work activities to the Chief Survey Engineer/Construction Managers/Consultants and subcontractors.
Supervise survey assistants/aides relating to survey and safety procedures before & during the field work.
Taking the As-built coordinates of the location/alignment and levels of all completed structures and utilities, then prepare survey data and plans using AutoCad software for the record of Final As-built plan for submission prior to the hand-over.
Established control Points or Traverse, processed and analyzed data setting out of all the boundary corners.
Compute, prepare or check coordinates of points for setting-out using AutoCad software program based from the approved drawing for construction;
Check the calibration of the Electronic Total Station survey instrument.
Prepare, submit and keep records of the daily survey accomplishment reports.
Keep, maintain, check & monitor records of all survey equipment delivery notes & calibration certificates/stickers.
