Responsibilities :
- Master Production Schedule MPS, Material Requirement Planning MRP and Demand Planning.
- Preparation of Production & MRP as per the updated demand forecast submission.
- Issuing daily, weekly & monthly Production Schedules according to the available capacity per resource.
- Daily Production Following up and Adherence report to ensure that the plan is on track and achieved as planned.
- Managing the communication with sales to handle the demand changes and reflect in the daily/weekly schedule.
- Issuing the required purchase requisitions to Purchasing team with delivery schedule for each item.
- Maintaining and Managing schedules with purchasing team to reflect accuracy in schedule when changes happen.
- Monthly SRM (Supply Review Meeting) with purchasing and operation teams to discuss the updated MRP and Capacities against the updated forecast submission for YTG Volumes.
- Weekly meeting with purchasing team to ensure that all deliveries will be on time.
- Weekly meeting with operation team to discuss the weekly plan adherence and shipping situation and any other actions needed from all stakeholders.
- Managing inventory levels to ensure that minimum levels of all SKUs are met.
- Demand Planning for local distributors in Egypt for our own brands (Americana & California Garden).
- Leading Monthly DRM (Demand Review Meeting) and SRM (Supply review Meeting).
- Participating in Pre-S&OP monthly meeting after DRM to present all required reports which related to Demand and Supply Planning.
- Issuing the required reports and data analysis to my boss and top management.
Achievements:
- Changeovers reduction to the best level which leads to operations cost savings.
- Exceeding The Monthly OTIF Target %.
- Daily Plan Adherence Report, Leads to 100% Monthly Plan Achievement.
- Forecast Accuracy improvement by improving and reducing Forecast BIAS & Errors.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving the Forecasted annual production plan from the Production Planning department & Bill of materials (BOMs) for all products from the technical & packing departments.
- BOM's Offsetting, Exploding & Netting as per the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Sending the forecasted annual materials plan to the financial management.
- Issuing the required purchase requisitions to purchasing department with delivery schedule for each item.
- Maintaining and managing schedules with purchasing department to reflect accuracy in schedule when changes happen.
- Weekly meeting with purchasing team to ensure that all deliveries will be on time.
- Managing and controlling inventory levels and movements not to have shortage or obsolete materials.
- Always ensuring the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and inventory accuracy.
- Issuing the required reports and data analysis to my boss and top management.
- Trouble shooting on production situations & problems.
Achievements:
- Apply the materials planning processes which depend on MPS while calculating the required materials for production.
- Unique item codes for the 3 factories for all items in the new ERP system.
- Keeping Lowest Inventory Levels.
- Managing Safety Stock Levels for each item.
Responsibilities:
- Production Plan, Master Production schedule & Material Requirement planning.
- Develop weekly valid Production Schedules according to the available capacity per resource.
- Production following up on a daily basis and taking corrective action in case of any obstacles.
- Measuring and updating the time studies for all the products on their lines per phase every 3 months (Quarterly)
- Managing the communication with sales to handle the demand changes and reflects on the weekly schedule.
- Control production department’s performance by setting and customizing the proper KPIs.
- Issuing PRs and following up on deliveries with purchasing department for both local and imported items.
- Optimize, analyze and classify the stock to maintain the desired level.

- Design a master planning engine workbook using MS Excel as a master MRP database.
- Achieve over 97% of the plan every month.
- Setting up two new production lines for two products (Time Studies - BOM - Routes.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving the expected annual production plan from the production-planning department after confirming the marketing and sales departments on this plan.
- Calculating the expected annual material plan that the production needs according to the bill of material (BOM) for each product for all production phases.
- Sending the final materials plan to the financial management to confirm its value.
- Issuing the required purchase requisitions with delivery schedule for each item for its related supplier.
- Maintain and manage schedules with purchasing department to reflect accuracy in schedule when changes happen.
- Following up the schedules with the purchasing & logistic departments to make sure that the materials will be on time.
- Following up the consuming of the planned items that the production consumes monthly (Adherence report).

- Apply the materials planning processes which depend on MPS when calculating the required materials for production, because it was handled by production departments directly with purchasing department.
- Reducing inventory levels by applying the material calculations by using MPS & BOM.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving the customer orders and specifications by the sales department including the garment's quantities and deliveries.
- Calculating the annual materials plan that the production needs according to the bill of material (BOM) for each product.
- Issuing the required purchase requisitions with delivery schedule for each item for its related supplier.
- Maintain and manage schedules with purchasing department to reflect accuracy in schedule when changes happen.
- Following up the schedules with the purchasing & logistic departments to make sure that the materials will be on time.
- Preparing the orders for production after ensuring that all the materials are on hand, then loading these orders on the production lines according to the delivery priorities for these planned orders.
- Following up the safety stock for the running materials.
- Handling and following up the orders that are going to be produced at the sub-contractors or sub-factories (Cut & made Process).
- Providing materials alternatives in case of any material shortage.
- Following the work streams between the production and different departments within the factory and trouble shooting on production situations & problems.
- Holding a weekly meeting with the production-planning department and the sales department to follow up and confirm that all the deliveries will be on time.
- Issuing the required reports and data analysis to my boss.
