Responsibilities :

- Master Production Schedule MPS, Material Requirement Planning MRP and Demand Planning.
- Preparation of Production & MRP as per the updated demand forecast submission.
- Issuing daily, weekly & monthly Production Schedules according to the available capacity per resource.
- Daily Production Following up and Adherence report to ensure that the plan is on track and achieved as planned.
- Managing the communication with sales to handle the demand changes and reflect in the daily/weekly schedule.
- Issuing the required purchase requisitions to Purchasing team with delivery schedule for each item.
- Maintaining and Managing schedules with purchasing team to reflect accuracy in schedule when changes happen.
- Monthly SRM (Supply Review Meeting) with purchasing and operation teams to discuss the updated MRP and Capacities against the updated forecast submission for YTG Volumes.
- Weekly meeting with purchasing team to ensure that all deliveries will be on time.
- Weekly meeting with operation team to discuss the weekly plan adherence and shipping situation and any other actions needed from all stakeholders.
- Managing inventory levels to ensure that minimum levels of all SKUs are met.
- Demand Planning for local distributors in Egypt for our own brands (Americana & California Garden).
- Leading Monthly DRM (Demand Review Meeting) and SRM (Supply review Meeting).
- Participating in Pre-S&OP monthly meeting after DRM to present all required reports which related to Demand and Supply Planning.
- Issuing the required reports and data analysis to my boss and top management.

Achievements:
- Changeovers reduction to the best level which leads to operations cost savings.
- Exceeding The Monthly OTIF Target %.
- Daily Plan Adherence Report, Leads to 100% Monthly Plan Achievement.
- Forecast Accuracy improvement by improving and reducing Forecast BIAS & Errors.

- Apply the materials planning processes which depend on MPS when calculating the required materials for production, because it was handled by production departments directly with purchasing department.
- Reducing inventory levels by applying the material calculations by using MPS & BOM.

- Issuing the required reports and data analysis to my boss.
