Responsible for: 1- Supervision, allocation of roles and responsibilities of 12 workers between welders, technicians and assistants and coordination between them and the management. 2- Interpretation of all steel, stainless steel, and aluminum shipments analysis results and determining whether they fit the required specifications. 3- implementation of all the technical office's well-studied schemes after giving any necessary observations on them. 4- Developing solutions to the occasional problems during the fabrication process and reporting to the management. 5- Control all welding operations and ensure the quality and the proper completion of all weldments, SMAW, GTAW, SAW, and OAW. 6- Inspecting all welds by visual and ultrasonic testing to ensure the weld quality.

Achievements : Three of the latest projects required were completed one month in advance of the deadline perfectly matching the specifications and design requirements.

As an intern, I was lectured on the work ethics, communication skills and occupational safety, and the training also included the technical part regarding melt-shop unit, and then the continuous casting, rolling, and also refractory materials.

on the last day of the training there was a field trip to the direct reduction plant.

during the internship I have showed commitment, discipline and got good feedbacks from the senior engineers on my technical questions and concern.

I also prepared a report about the experience and was praised by my supervisor professor.
