Project Director for 1200 mtpd Ammonia plant in Aswan with TCM as EPC main Contractor

• Managed construction of fertilizer complex in Iowa with a guaranteed production capacity of 1x2200 mtpd ammonia with KBR's Purifier technology and “BASF MDEA Process”
• Plant with 2200 mtpd Urea Synthesis complete with utilities using STAMICARBON Technology, 1200 mtpd Urea Granulation, 1530 mtpd Nitric Acid - AN, 1930 mtpd Ammonium Nitric Solution - NA, 4300 mtpd Urea Ammonium Nitride - UAN, and 900 mtpd Diesel Exhaust Fuel DEF, using UHDE GmbH License

• Managed build of fertilizer complex with guaranteed production capacity of 2x2, 200 mtpd ammonia and 3450 mtpd granulated urea complete with utilities, off-sites, and interconnections and with design of on-stream time of 350 days per year with three years of operation between planned turnarounds
• The Project Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a project, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

• Negotiated contracts successfully with vendors that resulted in cost savings while maintaining optimal quality and performance standards.
• Spearheaded software upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
