• Led a review of portfolio reporting processes through stakeholder interviews, lean waste analysis, and process
mapping, identifying opportunities to improve governance efficiency and reporting effectiveness.
• Developed and implemented standardised reporting templates, governance guidance, and streamlined reporting
processes, reducing reporting cycle times by 33% from six weeks to four weeks.
