The job encompasses formulating Business Process, Retail Best Working Procedures, Control & Compliances and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the consistency of development of our entire Retail stores.
Commerciality and Business Development is is the fulcrum of my operations.
It entails consistent delivery of Retail Procedures taking into account the dynamic Business needs and requirements.

Responsible for the Development and consistent delivery of Business Processes across stores to meet current and anticipated needs.
Budgeting of Sale Turnover, KPI’s & staffing
Analysis of Sales, Space and Density of stores.
SOP ( Standard Operating Procedures ) with stock Damage control & Stock Shrinkage
Formulating & Analysis of various Visit Report viz. Ops Visit Report, Peak Time Visit Report, Visual Visit Report, Audit Check Report and various Commercial Reports encompassing UPT (Average transaction Value) ATV (Avg. Transaction Value), Conversion rates.
Recommend to streamline store operations, reduce workload through effective staff scheduling and enhancing service levels.
Contribute to the effective profit enhancement and protection.
Effective Store shrinkage from 1.25% to 0.3% through various measures including introducing PDA system, controlling stock damage and effective controlling of footwear odd sizes/ Single pairs
Indigenously developed Individual Incentivize Scheme to motivate the staff through individual performance & KPI.
Staff Productivity and Floor Coverage of various Brands & silo’s
P&L of stores with effective Cost Control measures
Develop concept of Regional Champions and Manage, Coach & Mentor them for various business needs
Liaise with Retail Operations Manager and Brand Management to ensure store has correct stock level densities to maximize sales potential relating with Stock Ageing analysis.
Ensure and deliver processes for colleague engagement and consistent satisfaction.
Optimal Staff Requirements and coverage through customer footfall & conversion rate.
Self-developed the “1 File” for stores consisting of all the Procedures & Process for Stores which carries from Store Opening procedures to Closing with Store Audit Process, Daily Check List, Key Handover, Store Security and many more.
Developed & manage the “Meet & Greet” Program for Retail Staff to augment service level.
“Buddy Books” for new staff to familiarize the Products and Service level required
Created for Operations - Visit Report, PTVR, Visual Report for store improvement
Liaise and recruited with HR dept. to ensure the future needs of the Operations Team are being met with consistent recruitment plan considering the attrition rate, nationality and gender mix.
