Key Responsibilities:
Achieve budgeted sales of Fresh dairy, Fresh Juice & UHT products to deliver the company’s growth objective.
Achieve product distribution in all Trade channels as per the recommended portfolio to optimize sales & increase market share.
Maintain wastage under budgeted level to optimize margins.
Ensure all TC/ credit customers are in line with company policy to avoid any financial loss to company.
Set/ review targets for sales supervisors and salesmen to achieve overall target objective of the area.
Retain/ negotiate for existing/ new shelf space to maintain market dominance.
Ensure product hygiene & freshness in all trade channels to achieve optimum customer satisfaction & product quality.
Motivate & encourage the team to optimize individual potential & productivity.
Conduct effective & regular meetings with sales team to review performance & provide feedback.
Identify and recommend potential staff for career development.
Training & coaching of sales staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and
profitability.
Ensure effective Utilization of Marketing Budget.
Monitor distributors ROI and suggest strategies to improve.
Build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with distributor.
Manage area sales team: Recruitment, optimum human resource utilization and
people development.
Training, Coaching & Motivating the Sales team and To ensure that the Sales staff is
trained on Product knowledge.
Ensure proper implementation Company's Quality System: warehousing, market
hygiene and tractability.
Directly Reporting to Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor distributors & sub-distributors ROI and suggest strategies to improve.
Build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with (handling, direct & subdistributors).
Manage area sales team: Recruitment, optimum human resource utilization and
people development.
Training, Coaching & Motivating the Sales team and To ensure that the Sales staff is
trained on Product knowledge.
Ensure proper implementation Company's Quality System: warehousing, market
hygiene and tractability.
Directly Reporting to Regional Sales Manager.

Achieved YTD 2013 annual sale volume more than 20% growth and leading position in
the Region.
Explore new business opportunity and developed Direct Distribution Network.
Developed Sales Information System for business growth and effective use of trade
spend.

Key Responsibilities:
To gathers market intelligence information on regular basis.
To accomplish sales targets monthly, quarterly & annually on primary and secondary basis.
Implementation & supervision of sales and marketing strategies for the assigned geographical location.
