1- In charge of maintenance and spare parts technology center.
2- Head of computer technology sales and procurement Department.
3- Responsible for following-Up tender sand external Maintenance
4- contracts for private and government Institutions.
5- Trace and repair operating system failures.
6-monitoring the operation systems and Software.
7- Follow up customers in terms of internal and external Sales and purchases, Plus follow up with customers' Complaints and provide solutions.
8- Conduct close follow-Up with maintenance staff outside and within the company.
9- Provide training courses for clients on use of systems and Problem’s prevention.
10- Provide inputs and update information on achievements and work progress.
11- Conduct field visits to clients on out service performance.
12- Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operating properly.
13- Server as a primary contact for all servicing of computers, printers, etc.
14- Maintain a sufficient inventory of all office and computer supplies.
15- Maintain all hardware and software logs updated as per departmental working procedures.
16- Maintain the documentation of all hardware configuration and inventory.
17- Maintain the documentation of the telephone system configuration and all PC hardware lines.
18- Understand all the department working procedures and perform the related tasks as described.
19- Carry out the repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers, telephones, interactive system, key lock system, etc.
20- Maintain all users access request and authorizations (Win10/11/2000, E-mail, Opera, Microsoft, All Programs).
21-Respondents to all users request and provide them with adequate support.
