- Lead the project team to develop public government services and utilities services of United Arab Emirates throughout the project life cycle starting from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, closure.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
- Manage the relationships between PMO of the government and project stakeholders.
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
- Monitor project progress and communicate project issues, scope changes that may arise during the implementation of the project and ensure changes to project baseline are applied through appropriate change control processes and tools effectively.
- Create and manage project communication plans and ensure the appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders and PMO of the government.
- Undertaking status review meetings among project team members and PMO of the government.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings such as iteration planning, daily stand ups meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Supporting product team in writing product requirement documents (PRD) including features, system & environment requirements, wireframe, user stories, assumptions, constraints & dependencies.
- Manage vendors and suppliers relationships, review and evaluate proposals and develop performance evaluation.
-Lead project team to develop applications starting from requirements gathering, planning, coding, testing and deployment of enterprise applications using Agile/Scrum Methodology.
- Identifying company's business needs, analyzing requirements, creating business case and defining the scope of the projects.
- Develop project charter, creating project schedules and detailed project plan.
- Track and report the status of projects to the stakeholders on weekly bases.
- Monitor project progress and communicate project issues, scope changes that may arise during the implementation of the project and ensure changes to project baseline are applied through appropriate change control processes and tools effectively.
- Facilitating daily stand ups meetings, sprint planning, retrospective meetings.
- Support product owners to handle project backlogs and new requests and changes.

- Assist release team to plan, implement, and test new releases into production systems.
- Lead application development team, outsourcing companies and solution architect to develop applications starting from requirements gathering, planning, coding, testing and deployment of enterprise applications using Agile/Scrum Methodology. - Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos and other Scrumrelated meetings. - Work closely with business managers and stakeholders to understand business issues and recommending solutions. - Translating stakeholder requirements into functional specification, use cases, user stories, workflow/process diagram and data flow/data model diagrams.
- Track and report the status of projects to the stakeholders on weekly bases.

- Define, execute and monitor the implementation of standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct internal/external IT audits regularly. - Recommending system solutions, and tools that best serve Arabtec Holding and its subsidiaries' goals and objectives based on business requirements.
- Manage IT contracts and agreements signed with external vendors in line with the company's expectations.
- Identify organization's business needs, analyzing business requirements, creating business case and defining the scope of the projects. - Develop project charter, creating project schedules and detailed project plan and estimating project costs.

- Develop Online trading system for Brokerage companies in Jordan, Qatar and UAE, starting from requirements gathering, planning, development, testing and deployment of enterprise applications.
- Ensure changes to project baseline are effectively applied through appropriate change control processes and tools.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts and code comments.
- Perform unit and integration testing of the application and identifying, troubleshooting and solving application code-related issues and bug fixes.
- Identify the impact of the changes in existing product features and functionality.
- Provide user training and support as required.
- Meeting the stakeholders and management regularly to understand and refining business and functional requirements and determining project scopes and specifications.
