Implement Plans For Crisis Scenarios To Minimize Risk To Daily Operations Resolve Customer Complaints Regarding Security And Safety Issues Liaising With Law Enforcement Agencies Over Criminal Cases & Other Security Matters, Monitor And Control The Transportation Fleet, Manage The Maintenance And The Performance Of The Drivers And Technician, Monitor The Procurements Of Fuel And Spare Parts.
Complete The Lost Prevention Task By Observing All The Market Items & Auditing Invoices / Damage Reports / Theft / General Safety & Security / Patrolling / Investigate Shop Lifting & Preparing Police Cases /Sit & Post Training For New Guards/ Supervisor's Lady Guards & Coordinate Post In Location/ Preparing And Typing Weekly Duty Schedule, Preparing And Typing Weekly And Monthly Summary Reports For Our Head Office/ Incident & Accident Reporting, Auditing Refunds, Returns, Rejects, Maintenance Reseats From The Other Hand The Security Major Task Also Is Controlling & Organizing The Promoters& The Merchandisers Forcing The Security Standard & Company Policies By Giving Them Security Badges And Take There IDs As An Access To The Building , Controlling & Observing Receiving Area By Receiving All Goods & Items Through & Under Security Agents Control & Security Supervisors Observation (Observing Quality, Quantity & Dates Expiry) Monitor And Control The Location From Inside And Out Side Through The (CC.TV) Room And Recording any suspicious Persons Whom May Steal Or Do Any Thing Wrong Or Items Damaging Purposed, Auditing & Observing All Sections And Employees By Forcing The Company Procedures And Standers, Customer Care (Complaints And Queries)Customer Are Our First Priority .
