• Prepare and manage all visa application process for employment, residence, corrections, cancellations and visit visas for all new full time team members and short term contractors.
• Manage the application of National Emirates ID for employees of all levels.
• On a daily basis prepare the submission list for Trakhees, JAFZA and Tecom.
• Follow up on all submitted transactions on a daily basis.
• Update, manage, input visa data and ensure that the visa tracker is updated on a daily basis with all the visa related transactions.
• Input and maintain team member data in PeopleSoft for all visa record maintenance. Ensure accurate data is updated in PeopleSoft and the visa tracker in a timely manner for all the steps of the visa process.
• Schedule team members for required medical checkups; facilitate all visa related medical processes.
• Prepare all applications for residence visa renewals for team members and dependents.
• Input visa applicant's personal data in Dubai CID system.
