I worked on designing CAD and 3d drawings for a number of architectural projects, ranging from private villas to government housing master plans. I took part in international design competitions. I was an active participant in the marketing and strategy team. I reviewed and rewrote the HR employment policy. I trained other staff members in BIM software.
At the internationally renowned university, I gained many valuable experiences through working with students, professors and staff from over 70 different nationalities. As a member of the Personnel team, I was responsible for addressing directly any inquiries from employees and to assist them in tackling all sort of issues they might have faced regarding payroll, leave, benefits and so on.
Applied my proficient technical and organizational skills in all stages of design work. Tasks included meeting clients, laying down concepts & preliminary designs, detailed CAD drawings, rendering 3D images, preparing presentations, following up contractors and suppliers & supervision on construction site. Efficient collaboration and punctuality was vital in order to meet deadlines. Projects included numerous private residences, retail spaces and offices.
Created high-quality, exterior & interior 3D renderings. Assisted the head architect, contributed to his vision and completed design tasks. Projects included private residences, a coffeehouse, a Cityscape exhibition booth & designing pieces of furniture.
