sustainability performance. Ensure compliance with relevant sustainability
standards and certifications.
8. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to energy
consumption, waste generation, water usage, and other sustainability metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and track progress towards sustainability
targets.
9. Project Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of
sustainability projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
implement sustainable practices, such as energy efficiency measures, waste
reduction programs, and recycling initiatives.
10. Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines
(GRI, ESG) is a plus.
11. Attend meetings on behalf of the board members as requested and submit
summary of meetings to them.
12. Supervise set up and arrangements for open days and sports activities.
13. Represent and collect the trophy on behalf of board member for sponsorship
events and other events like Perfect Mother Award, Traffic Week, and National
day of Disabled solidarity.
14. Arrange gift items & publicity material for the department for various events.
