Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory and maximizing available working capital
Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations
Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.
Successfully implemented sticker based bar code inventory system for warehouse.
Successfully implemented cost reduction techniques on production floor and warehouse.
Performed data entry duties into operational systems and performed inventory control on all activities related to warehouse operation, shipping / receiving
Implemented the layout plan for the inventory items and their locations.
Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained.
Research variances, negatives and make necessary adjustments to correct inventory and report all inventory discrepancy
Manage return goods and route for inspection, after inspection handle all necessary transactions to return goods as inventory,
Manage and control all raw materials inventory that is outsourced and processed.
Monitor supplies and purchase materials.
Ensures products, parts, or supplies are shipped, distributed or received in an efficient manner and controls inventory levels(Min, Max) by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage system

Act as key point of contact for all nominated customers with respect to their order requirements and ensure that that all specification requirements have been agreed with customers prior to the commencement of the manufacturing process.
Manage sample requirements for customers and ensure that any required samples meet the specification agreed with customers;
Prepare the sample specification requirements so that they can be put into production;
